Due to the handcrafted nature of our products, we do not accept returns or exchanges unless the item arrives damaged or defective.
If your bag arrives with a defect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery at cindy@knitly.shop with photos, and we will make it right.
Each bag is carefully inspected before shipping. We take pride in our craftsmanship and stand behind every piece.
